Day Nineteen - Energy from the Fire Within

Hey everybody! I want to start off by wishing each of you safety and protection today. There is a lot going on in the world this week. Between the fires here in California to the potential rains of Hurricane Laura, Jacob Blake’s shooting, I know some of us are traveling and one of you is in Canada ;) Please know that I am thinking of you and dedicating today’s spell to us! Our container of healing. Sending a boost of positive energy your way.

Energy from the Fire Within

We’ve made it to Wednesday, and many of us need some energy to get through this middle day of the week. Let’s call a bit of power from without to stoke the fire within.

Gather a piece of carnelian stone and a chime or tealight candle and holder. Light the candle and hold the carnelian stone in front of you in the palm of your left hand. Have the stone positioned between you and the candle. Focus on the light of the candle growing, encompassing you, and the carnelian. As its light and fire grows and envelops the carnelian, also see the fire within your own soul growing, energy welling up inside you and the stone. As the energy fields meld together, hold the stone to your heart for a moment. When finished, either snuff out the candle or let it burn down safely and carry the carnelian as a touchstone to the fire that exists within you for strength.

Thinking about fire energy …

Y’all these Mars squares are really starting to stressing me out …. Mars in Aries stationed square Saturn in Capricorn exact on Monday, August 24. We have been feeling its tug since the 21 and it will most likely last until 28! Mars stationed square Pluto as well on August 13, and will again on October 9th, and lastly on December 20th. Mark your calendars! This is challenging energy. Do you have any cardinal sign (Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn) placements? Haha, I do and I know a lot of us here have them too. I’m feeling super triggered af these days. Are you too?? Like I can snap on anyone in a second but I also know that whatever explodes from all of this energy will be unfolding something. We have to trust it. Plus squares aren’t attacks or conflicts — it is competitive energy to bring respected alignments. So go ahead … lean into that hot head, haha but be patient and thoughtful! See where these planets are in your chart. Capricorn represents longevity so these solutions and truths we are forming are going to be here for the long haul.
