I’m the founder of Bonphilosophia. I’m an artist, writer, and mystic born and raised in Austin, Texas. I was trained as an art historian and graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Art History with Honors focusing on American Realism and Magic Realism painting in the 1940s. Spent time in Houston and another life in Los Angeles, California, mon paradis.

Girl Bossy - I have just started a new chapter in my career journey and joined the team at Elysian Real Estate Group as Chief Experience Officer. I oversee the delivery of the company's unique, experience-driven initiatives across all properties.

It’s so good to be back in my hometown. I’m excited to take my blend of hospitality, arts, and leadership to deliver the "Elysian Experience," creating unparalleled moments for guests and tenants. I cannot wait to hit the ground running and announce our first project …. soon!

THE WEBSITE VISION

Bonphilosophia is a website dedicated to all things I consider to be wise. It translates to "good lover of wisdom" in French, Latin, and Greek. Sophia is my middle name and what I like to go by. Philosophy is technically the love of wisdom. Isn’t etymology everything? Sophia is also the planetary goddess and our great earth mother. I believe the gnostical belief is that she is the consciousness in Christ. She was excommunicated by the church and is personified as a dragon.

About 14 years ago, the website name came to me when I walked home one day. On this platform, I interview emerging and established artists, designers, writers, social activists, and creatives. Lotta cool people. Post all the exciting things happening in my life.
